"~NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 15.1-199 of ~he Code of Virginia, 1950, as amanded, that the Council of tt~ City of Portsmouth, Virginia, adopted on January 22, 1980, resolutions authorizing the issuance of $7,000,000 principal amount of General Obligation Public Improvewent ~onds and $5,000,000 principal awount of General Obligation Public Utility Bonds of said City and caused certified copies of said resolutions to be filed in the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth on The proceeds of sale of said Public /~provem~nt Bonds shall be applied to the payment of the costs of the following public improvement projects in substantially the following respective ~rounts: Con~m~nity Services Education P~trks and Recreation Public Safety Urban Transportation L+r~ainage~ Curlos~ Gn~ters and Street L~pr~rvements Urban Renewal Crawford Harbor Lvprov~nents: Parking Garage Construction Municipal Building Improv~nents Street Improvements 417,000. 1,609,137. 28,000. 116,475. 923,680. 562,481. 431,227. 1,220,000. 872,C00. 820,000. Total provident t-b=mt if any project set forth above shall require less ~han ~ne entire respective ~-~ount set forth above, the difference may be applied to any other project se~ forth above. The oreceeds of sale of said Public Utility Bonds shall be applied to the p~im~nt of the costs of capital J-n~rov~ments, extensions and additions to said City's revenue-producing water and sewerage system." 12.
