A RESOLOTION GRkNTING A USE PERmiT TO PORTSMOUTH 't%F~%~LS, INC. TO OPa~ATE AN OPEN STORAGE AREA FOR AUTO~4OBTr.~.S, TRUCKS kND CONTAINERS 551AR R/4E SECTION OF HILL A~ AND WESLEY STREET. WHEREAS, Portsmouth Terminals, Inc., made an application pursuant to Section 40-68.1(e), Code of the City of Por~tnouth, 1973, for the granting of a use pe~rait ss hereinafter-described; and $f~IEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done all things required to be done in connection with said application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Con~ission has recc~r~n~ the granting of said use pe~it o NOW, ~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: That the use for which the use permit here~after-described is sought: (a) will not adversely affect the health and safety of persons residing and working in the neighborhood of the proposed use; ~b) will not be detrimental to the public use or injurious to prope~ i~provem~nts in the neighborhood; and (c) Will be in accord with the purpo_ ses of the Zonin~ Cn=npter of %he City Code. 2. That Portsmouth Terminals, !nc., is hereby granted a use pen3mit pursuant to Se~ction 40-68.1[e) of the Code of the Ci%_v of Portsmouth, 1973, to operate an open storage area for automobiles, trucks and containers on property described hereafter subject to coD~titions set forth in paragr _a~h (3) of ~his ordinance. Begir~ing at the northwest corner of Hill Avenue and Wesley Street; thence north along the west right-of-way of Hill Avenue, 449.3 feet; thence west 100 feet; thence north 50 feet; %hence east 100 feet~ thence west t00 feet; thence north 30 feet; thence west 195 feet; thence southwest 215 fee~; thence south approximately 360 feet; thence west 100 feet; thence south 25 feet to the north right-of-way of Wesley Street; thence east along said right-of-way 460 feet to the Point of
