Such <br />site plan shae~ contain elevations~ based upon <br />U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Bench ~ark <br />System. Unless the city engineer shall <br />£ermine that some deviation necessary to <br />prevent a demonstrable hardahip upon the <br />property owner or is in the'best in£eres£ <br />of the public safety, the site plan shall <br />contain the following minimum requirements: <br /> <br />(a) Topographic survey of exrst~ng conditions. <br /> <br />Both sides of adjoinin~ streets with <br />center line and curb and g=tter eleva- <br />tions and slopes and height, width <br />and thickness of paving. <br /> <br />Omefall for storm water to proper <br />catch basins (indicate sizes and <br />slopes of existing pipes}. <br /> <br /> <br />
