4 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PE~4IT' TO ALLIANCE CHRISTIAN CHURCH TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO THE CHURCH AND SCHOOL BUILDING FACILITIES AT 5809 PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD. ~TqEREAS, Alliance Christian Church, by Reverend Earl Freeland, has made application pursuant to Section 40-77{b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1.973, for the granting of a use permit as hereinafter-described; and WHEREAS, the applicant and the done all things required to be done application; and Planning Director have in connection with said WHEREAS, the Planning Co~ission has recommended the granting of said use pe~it. Alliance permit pursuant to an addition to the mouth Boulevard on Christian Church is hereby granted a use Section 40-77(b) of the _City Code to construct church and school facilities at 5809 Ports- property described as follows: UP-82-22 Beginning on the southside of Portsmouth Boulevard 1001.12 feet west from its intersection with El~urst Lane; thence south 150 feet, more or less; thence southerly 30 feet, more or !ess~ thence southeasterly 267.3 feet~ thence southerly 110 feet, more or less; thence east 115 feet~ thence southwesterly 130 feet, mctce or less; thence southeasterly 140 feet, more or less; thence southwesterly 458 feet; thence westerly 90 feet; thence northerly 874.83 feet; thence west 80 feet, more or less; thence northerly 359.29 feet to the south right-of-way of Portsmouth Boulevard; thence east along said right-of-way 466 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
