1. A detailed landscaping plan, including, but <br />not limited to, treatment of the parking lot entrance, <br />entrance roads and screening of the parking lot, must be <br />submitted to the Planning Office for review and approval <br />prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 2.
