(d) The use permit is granted to the Portsmouth <br />Community Services Board and/or their designee for an alcohol <br />rehabilitation and treatment facility and is not <br />transferable to any other person, entity or location. <br /> <br /> (e) This use permit shall expire on July 31, 1987 <br />and any request for an extension of time must be supported by <br />findings such as would be required if the use permit was <br />being requested for the first time. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 26, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
