130 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />SELECTED WATERSHED SITES <br /> <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br />DEPARTMENT OF ~HE ARMY FOR USE OF <br />FOR WEEKEND RESERVE TRAINING. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of the Army has requested <br />permission to use certain portions of the City of Portsmout~ <br />watershed property in Suffolk for the purpose of Army reserve <br />training; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that such use would not <br />adversely affect the watershed property or the City water <br />supply system. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City Manager be, and <br />he hereby is, authorized to enter into a lease agreement with <br />the Department of the Army for use of selected watershed <br />sites as shown on the attached map for weekend reserve <br />training. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held November 12, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
