To be conveyed to the City of Portsmouth: <br /> <br /> Ail those certain pieces or parcels of <br />land, situate in the City of Suffolk, <br />Virginia, known, lettered and designated as <br />Parcels "B", "C", "D", and "E" as shown on a <br />plat showing exchange of properties between <br />the City of Portsmouth and Jesse L. Williams, <br />Jr., and Dorothy G. Williams, dated September <br />4, 1985, revised September 11, 1985, made by <br />G.R. Jenkins, Land Surveyor, which plat is to <br />be recorded in the plat book records of the <br />Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the <br />City of Suffolk, Virginia, reference to which <br />plat is hereby made for a more particular <br />description of said property. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said conveyance shall be <br />subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the impoundment area cannot be used for any <br />type of waste disposal or other activity that would be <br />harmful to the Lake Meade reservoir facility as a potable <br />water source. <br /> <br /> 2. That the impoundment area cannot be <br />of potable water for public sals nor can the <br />therein be diverted to another drainage area <br />of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br />used as a source <br />waters contained <br />without approval <br /> <br /> 3.
