17 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO CURTIS E. JORDAN TO OPERATE A CHILD CARE CENTER AT 2708 BAGLEY STREET. WHEREAS, Philgrador D. Duke, by Curtis E. (b) All outdoor play activities shall be conducted withir a fenced play area and limited to the hours of 8:00 a. m. to 6:0 p.m.. Fencing shall be installed to completely enclose the play area.
