98 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING OF PROJECT DRIVE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Portsmouth Redevelopment & Housing Authority <br />has made application to vacate, close and discontinue the <br />hereinafter-described street, and it appearing that notice of <br />application and request for the appointment of viewers was <br />duly advertised as required by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that A.N. Kendrick, Charles R. <br />Hudgins, Robert Reed, Harrison Miller and R.E.B. Stewart be <br />appointed viewers and that James Vo McGehee and Matthew L. <br />Peanort be appointed alternate viewers in the event one of <br />the preceeding viewers fails to participate, said viewers to <br />view the hereinafter-described portion of said street and to <br />report to this Council in writing whether in their writing <br />any, and if any what, inconvenience would result in vacating <br />and closing the following: <br /> <br />Project Drive <br /> <br /> Ail that certain street designated as <br />Project Drive extending from its intersection <br />with the southern boundary of Turnpike Road to <br />its intersection with the eastern boundary of <br />Frederick Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 1, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
