1. A standard site improvement plan must be submitted <br />to the Department of Engineering & Technical Services for <br />review and approval and must include public turn around <br />space at the terminus of Green Street. <br /> <br /> 2. The plans noted above shall be revised to provide <br />for the following: <br /> <br />(a) Add decks to each condominium unit; <br /> <br /> (b) Add fireplaces to not less than nineteen <br />(19) of the condominium units. <br /> <br /> 3. The development will be a condominium_ development <br />with units sold on an individual basis and same will not be <br />retained by the developer for ~ental purposes. <br /> <br />4.
