appropriate officials of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, such being made a part hereof, is hereby <br />granted approval subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. A final landscape plan indicating full <br />landscaping around buildings and in open areas on the <br />site, as well as screening on the eastern property line <br />at the parking lot, must be submitted to the Planning <br />staff for review and approval prior to issuance of <br />building permits. <br /> <br /> 2.
