ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-85-10 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning Map attached to <br />an~ made a part of the zoning ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones Residential R-75 <br />the property described in Petition for zoning Amendment No. <br />Z-85-10 is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as office Residential OR-75-K Conditional, and <br /> <br />that said property is hereby zoned as office Residential <br />OR-75-K Conditional. <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-85-10 <br /> <br />is <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the northeast corner of <br /> willett Drive and High street; thence northerly <br /> along the eastern right-of-way of willett Drive <br /> 128'; thence easterly 297' to a point; thence <br /> southerly 130.71' to the north right-of-way <br /> of High Street; thence westerly along said <br /> right-of-way 298.40' to willett Drive, the Point <br /> of Origin. <br /> 3. Zoning ordinance Amendment Z-85-10 is <br />conditioned upon the following as proffered by the petitioner: <br /> (1) The property desc[ibed herein shall be <br />used exclusively as a professional office building for <br />physicians' offices and other hos~itaI and medical related <br />uses, reserving the right to operate an apothecary shop within <br />such office building for the sale of drugs, prescription <br />medicines (both ethical and proprietary) medical supplies, and <br />appliances and pharmaceutical products provided that not more <br />than fifty per cent (50%) of the ground floor area of such <br />building shall be used for such apothecary shop. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held May 14, 1985. <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
