ZONING A~IENDMENT ORDINANCE Z~85-3 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the Citv_ of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75, the <br />property described in petition for zoning amendment Z-85-3, <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property <br />zoned as Residential R-60-K Conditional, and that said pro- <br />perty is hereby zoned as Residential R-60-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is des- <br />cribed as follows: <br /> <br />Z- 8'5 -3 <br /> <br /> BEGI~NNING at the southeast corner of King <br />Street and Nottoway Avenue; thence east along <br />the south right-ofLway of King Street 180'; <br />thence south 110', more or less; thence west <br />180' to the east right-of-way of Nottoway Avenue; <br />thence north along said right-of-way 1!0', more <br />or less, to K±ng Street, the po±nt of origin. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Z-85-3 is conditioned upon the <br />following: <br /> <br /> (~) The property will be developed by the construction <br />of three buildings each containing four units and s~ch develop- <br />ment will be in compliance with group housing oermit GHP-85-1. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meetin9 held February 26, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste~ <br /> <br />City.
