ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-85-29. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to <br />and made a part of the Zoning ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as <br />Residential R-75, the property described in Petition for <br />Zoning Amendment Z-8'5-29, is hereby amended and changed <br />so as to show said property zoned as Residential R-60-K <br />Conditional, and that said property is hereby zoned as <br />Residential R-60-K Conditional. <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-85-29 <br /> <br /> Beginning on the south right-of-way <br />of Sacony Street at a point 150', more or <br />less west from its intersection with Martin <br />Avenue; thence westerly 178.2'; thence <br />northerly 410'; thence easterly 138.54'; <br />thence northerly 35'; thence easterly 40'; <br />thence southerly 403.99' to the point of <br />origin. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Z-85-29 is conditioned upon <br />the following: <br /> <br /> (a) The property will be developed by the <br />construction of forty eight (48) housing units for the <br />elderly. <br /> <br /> (b) The pro3ect to be built shall conform to <br />the conditions as proffered in correspondence from <br />George Eberwine, Jr. to the Planning Director dated <br />April 22, 1985, and any additional or alternative <br />conditions imposed during the group housing review <br />process provided for in Section 40-55 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held June 25, 1985. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
