(e) The results of such breath analysis shall <br />not be admitted into evidence in any prosecution under <br />Section 21-19, the purpose of this section being to <br />permit a preliminary analysis of the alcoholic content <br />of the blood of a person suspected of having violated <br />the provisions of Section 21-19. <br /> (f) Police officers or members of any <br /> sheriff's department shall, upon stopping any person <br /> suspected of having violated the provisions of Section <br /> 21-19, advise such person of his rights under the <br /> provisions of this section. <br /> <br /> Section 21-21. Use of chemical test to determine <br /> alcohol in blood; procedure, <br /> qualifications and liability of <br /> person withdrawing blood; costs; <br /> evidence; suspension of license <br /> for refusal to submit to test. <br /> The provisions of Section 18.2-268 (a) through <br /> (s) of Article II of Chapter 7 of Title 18.2, of the <br /> Code of Virginia 1950, as amended, in effect on July 1, <br /> 1985, are hereby incorporated by reference and adopted <br /> as a part of this Code. <br /> <br /> Section 21-38. Carrying concealed weapons. <br /> (a) If any person carry about his person, <br /> hidden from common observation: <br /> (1) Any pistol, revolver, or other <br /> weapon designed or intended to propel a missile of any <br /> kind; <br /> (2) Any dirk, bowie knife, <br /> switchblade knife, ~azor, slingshot, metal knucks, <br /> blackjack; <br /> <br /> (3~ Any flailing instrument <br /> consisting of two (2) or more rigid partS connected in <br /> such a manner as to allow them to swing freely, which <br /> may be known as a nun chahka, nunchuck, nunchaku, <br /> shuriken, or fighting chain; or <br /> (4) Any disc, of whatever <br /> configuration, having at least two (2) points or pointed <br /> blades which is designed to be thrown or propelled and <br /> which may be known as a throwing star or oriental dart; <br /> or <br /> <br /> <br />
