ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-85-14 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map <br />attached to and made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones <br />as Residential R-60 and Commercial C-1 the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-85-14 is <br />hereby amended and changed so as to show said property <br />zoned as Commercial C-1-K Conditional, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-1-K <br />Conditional. <br /> 2. The property affected by this <br /> ordinance is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-85-14 <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at the southeast corner <br /> of Portsmouth Boulevard and Haysom <br /> Street; thence east along the south <br /> right-of-way of Portsmouth Boulevard <br /> 671.3'; thence south 320'; thence west <br /> 218'; thence north 30' to the center <br /> line of Powell Street; thence east along <br /> 'said center line 251.3' to the east <br /> right-of-way of Haysom Street; thence <br /> north along said centerline 295.7' to <br /> Portsmouth Boulevard, the Point of <br /> Origin. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Z-85-14 is <br />conditioned upon the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Developer will allow the Planning <br />Department final site plan review. <br /> <br /> (b) Developer will allow the Planning <br />Department review and approval of landscaping between <br />commercial and adjoining residential properties. <br /> <br /> (c) <br />construction of <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Developer will be responsible for the <br />a left turn storage lane on Portsmouth <br /> <br /> (d) Developer will give the Planning <br />Department the right of review of all signs and <br />elevations prior to construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
