AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR OPERATION OF THE CITY
<br />GOVERNMENT FOR AND DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1985 AND
<br />ENDING JUNE 30, 1986.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia:
<br /> Section 1. That the amounts hereinafter stated be, and
<br />the same hereby are, appropriated from the funds indicated and for the
<br />purpbses specified in order to operate the City government for and
<br /> 1985, and ending June 30,
