This Resolution is subject to the terms, conditions, <br />and limitations imposed by the Executive Order and any Executive <br />Order of the Governor of the Commonwealth that might hereafter <br />be issued with respect to the subject matter hereof. <br /> <br /> 3. This Resolution is subject to the issuance, execution, <br />sale and delivery of the bonds for which the above allocations <br />have been made on or grior to December 31, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
