Adjustments of Retirement Allowances <br /> <br />The adiustments of retirement allowances as prescribed <br />Section 31-68 and 31-155 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth shall be increased by 4%. <br /> <br />SECTION 15. Repeal of Confliction Ordinance <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1983-44 is hereby repealed effective June 30, 1984. <br /> <br />SECTION 16. Effective Date of Ordinance <br /> <br />(a) This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 1984. <br /> <br />(b) Adopted by the Conncil of the City of Portsmouth, <br /> Virginia, at a meeting held May 15, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
