AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES FOR ADMISSION TO <br />THE PORTSMOUTH CHILDREN'S MUSEUM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the fee for admission to the Portsmouth <br />Children's Museum shall be one dollar ($1.00) per person. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized <br />to establish such regulations as he may deem appropriate for <br />the waiver of the hereinabove admission fee. <br /> <br /> 3. Ail other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict <br />with the provisions of this ordinance are to the extent of <br />such conflict hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 4.
