AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $4,643,360. FROM THE FY-1984-85 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW CHURCH- <br />LAND ACADEMY ELE~ENTARY SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Four Million, Six Hundred Forty-Three <br />Thousand, Three Hundred Sixty and 00/100 ($4,643,360.)
