AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 23 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, BY REPEALING SECTION 23-497, <br />PERTAINING TO ~IALL AND ~_ALL TRANSIT STREETS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> t. That Section 23-497 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be repealed. <br /> <br /> 2.
