AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $335,000. FROM T~E PUBLIC UTILITY <br />CAPITkL IMPROV~[ENT FUND FOR REPAIRS TO THE 2.0 MILLION GALLON <br />GODWIN STREET GROUND STORAGE RESERVOIR. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($335,000.)
