AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 40-69 ~b) <br />THEREOF, PERTAINING TO SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL TRANSFER FACILITIES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Code of t~e City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />1973, be amended by including in subparagraph (b) of §40-69, <br />the following described use: <br /> <br /> Solid Waste Disposal Transfer Facility, but oni~ <br />when all Operations are conducted within an area which has <br />been constructed in accordance with a site plan approved by <br />the Engineering and Technical Se~vlces Department of the._ <br />City, and which prQvldes for no open space storage or burning <br />of solid waste on th~ p~emlses. - <br /> <br /> 2.
