AN ORDINANCE TO A~PROPRIATE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR OPERATION
<br />OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR AND DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BE-
<br />GINNING JULY 1, 1984 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1985.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia:

<br /> Section 1. That the amounts hereinafter stated be, and
<br />the same hereby are, appropriated from the funds indicated
<br />and for the purposes specified in order to operate the City
<br />government for and during the fiscal year beginning July 1,
<br />1984, and ending June 30, 1985.
