AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $60,000. FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE AND <br />INSTALLATION OF VALVES ON THE LOW PRESSURE WATER <br />TRANSMISSION MAINS. <br /> <br /> BE ~T ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Sixty Thousand and <br />00/100 ($60,000.)
