Section 6. To the extent that any monies in the <br />accounts of the School Board derived from sources other than <br />the State of Virginia are unexpended at the end of the fiscal <br />yea~ 1986-87, and, thus, become available for' use the next <br />fiscal year, the City's share of the appropriation made for <br />education and scholarships for the next ensuing year shall be <br />decreased by a like amount. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 13, 1986.' <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
