AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR OPERATION
<br />OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR AND DURING THE FISCAL YEAR
<br />BEGINNING JULY 1, 1986 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1987.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia:

<br /> Section 1. That the amounts hereinafter stated be,
<br />and the same hereby are, appropriated from nhe funds
<br />indicated and for the purposes specified'in order to
<br />operate the City government for and during the fiscal year
<br />beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1987.
