ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-86-3 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential <br />R-60 and Residential R-75 the property described in <br />Petition for Zoning Amendment Z-86-3 is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial <br />C-1-K Conditional, and that said property is hereby zoned <br />as Commercial C-1-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this Ordinance is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-86-3 <br /> <br /> Beginning on the east right-of-way of <br />Haysom Street 300'+ south from its inter- <br />section with the s~uth right-of-way of <br />Portsmouth Boulevard; thence east 251.26'; <br />thence south 25.69'; thence east 216.66'; <br />thence south 229.97'; thence west 190.74'; <br />thence north 242.63'; thence west 130.16'; <br />thence south 3.07'; thence west 126.89' to <br />the east right-of-way of Haysom Street; <br />thence north along said right-of-way 98.14'; <br />thence northeast 12.41' to the point of <br />origin; from Residential R-60 and R-75 to <br />Commercial C-1-K Conditional. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Amendment Z-86-3 is conditioned upon the <br />following: <br /> <br /> (a) Developer will allow the Planning Department <br />final site plan review. <br /> <br /> (b) Developer will allow the Planning Department <br />review and approval of landscaping between commercial and <br />adjoining residential properties. <br /> <br /> (c) Developer will be responsible for the <br />construction of stack turn lanes. <br /> <br /> (d) Developer will give the Planning Department <br />the right of review of all signs and elevations prior to <br />construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
