ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-85-46. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and made a part of the Zoning ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Commercial C-2 the property described in petition to Zoning Amendment No. Z-85r46 is hereby amended and changed so as to show Parcel 1 of said property zoned as Commercial C-2 and Parcel 2 thereof as Residential R-60-K. 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described as follows: PARCEL 1 - COMMERCIAL C-2 BEGINNING at the northwest intersection of Airline Boulevard and Elmhurst Lane; thence north along the west right-of-way of Elmhurst Lane 150' thence west 247' +; thence south 150' + to the north right-of-way of Airline Boulevard; thence east along said right-of-way 239.62' to Elmhurst Lane, the Point of Origin. PARCEL 2 RESIDENTIAL R-60-K CONDITIONAL BEGINNING on the west right-of-way of Elmhurst Lane 250' north from its intersection with Airline Boulevard; thence west 247' + to a point; thence northwesterly 112' + to the ~enterline of a shallow ditch; thence along--said line 308.80' to the west right-of-way of Elmhurst Lane; thence sough along said right-of-way 287' to the Point of Origin. 3. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-85-46 is conditioned upon the following: (a) The property will be developed by the construction of not more than six (6) buildings containing twenty-four (24) condominium units. (b) The project to be built shall conform to the conditions as proffered in correspondence from Metro Development to George L. Hanbury, City Manager, dated January 27, 1986, and any additional alternative conditions imposed during the group housing review process provided for in ~40-55 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, as expressed in Group Housing Project GHP-85-35.
