AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $77,400. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MASTER-PLAN FOR <br />SLEEPY HOLE PARK AND OBICI HOUSE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the sum of Seventy Seven Thousand, Four Hundred <br />and 00/100 ($77,400.)
