ZONING AMENDMEN~ ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Z-86-13. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> ~'i That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Portsmouth_, Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Industrial <br />M-1-R and Residential R-150, the property described in <br />petition to Zoning Amendment No. Z-86-13 is hereby amended <br />and changed so as to show Parcel 1 of said property zoned <br />as Commercial C-2, Parcel 4 and 5 thereof as Residential <br />R-7g-K (COnditional), Parcel 6 thereof as Residential <br />R-100-K (Conditional) and~Parcel 7 thereof as Residential <br />R-100-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2.
