Beginning at a point on the north side of Randolph Street 120 ft. west from the northwest intersection of Randolph and 3rd Streets and from thence running west along Randolph Street 28 ft.; thence northerly 120 ft.; thence easterly 28 ft.; and thence southerly 120 ft. to the point of beginning. Beginning at a point on the northern right of way of Randolph Street, said point being 90' east from the northeast intersection of Randolph Street and Fourth Street; thence running east along the northern Fight of way of Randolph Street 30', more or less, to a point; thence north and parallel with Fourth Street 121', more or less, to a point; thence west and parallel with Randolph Street 30', more or less, to a point; thence south and parallel with Fourth Street 121', more or less, to the point of beginning.
