15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE APPROVAL GRANTED FOR A GROUP <br />HOUSING PROJECT PURSUANT TO ~40-55 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, SAID PROJECT BEING KNOWN AS <br />"CAMBRIDGE COURT" AND DESIGNATED AS GHP-84-15. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />adopted at a meeting held November 20, 1984, a resolution <br />granting approval for a group housing project pursuant to <br />~40-55 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, <br />said project being known as "Cambridge Court" and designated <br />as GHP-84-15 and consisting of ninety-two (92) condomini~ <br />units on 6.4 acres located in the northwest corner of Town <br />Point Road and Twin Pines Road intersection; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert W. DeMille, President of DeMille Homes, <br />has made application pursuant to ~4Q-55 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, for a revision to the <br />recreation plan for said group housing project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed such <br />application for revision and has made a recommendation <br />thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer is aware that building permits or <br />any other required permit will be issued only upon compliance <br />with the ordinances, laws or regulations applicable thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia that the certain group housing <br />project consisting of ninety-two (92) unit condominium <br />development known as "Cambridge Court" approved by the <br />Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia by adoption of a <br />resolution on November 20, 1984-may be revised to delete the <br />swimming pool and other related amenities and replace it with <br />a park and recreation area as shown on a revised landscape <br />plan submitted with correspondence from Robert W. DeMille <br />dated October 8, 1985, such revised plan, together with the <br />resolution adopted November 20, 1984 and all parts thereof, <br />being made a part of this approval and revision. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />virginia, at a meeting held February 11, 1986. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
