i03 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PLAN FOR 1986-87 THROUGH 1990-91, AND A ONE YEAR..~C%PITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1986-87. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to <br />Council the Capital Improvement Plan for 1986-87 <br />1990-91, and <br /> <br />the City <br />through <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Planninq Commission and the Municipal <br />Finance Commission have reviewed said plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held to receive <br />public comments on the Capital Improvement Plan and on the <br />one year Capital Improvement Program, and on the General <br />Revenue Sharing Funds included therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has considered the Capital <br />Improvement Plan and the utilization of General Revenue <br />Sharing Funds and finds them to be in proper form and <br />expressive of Council policies in regard to necessary <br />capital improvements. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the aforesaid Capital <br />Improvements Plan for the years 1986-87 through 1990-91 and <br />a one year Capital ~mprovement Program for 1986-87 are <br />approved subject to later appropriation in the ordinary <br />course of business of the City. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council o~ the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held October 14, 1986. <br /> <br />Test~: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
