PARCEL 14 Ail that certain parcel of land situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: Commencing on Henry Street at a point distant 98 feet from the southwest corner of Second and Henry Streets, thence westwardly along Henry Street 47 feet, more or less, and extending back parallel to Second Street 121 feet, more or less.
