AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $33,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ENGINEERING AND DESIGN WORK FOR <br />DRAINAGE AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE BRIGHTON/SOUTH <br />PORTSMOUTH AREA. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the sum of Thirty-Three Thousand <br />and 00/100 ($33,000.)
