amended <br />to read <br /> <br />That paragraph 3 <br />by Ordinance No. <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(c) of Ordinance No. <br />1986-44 is amended and <br /> <br />1985-39 as <br />reordained <br /> <br />Tax on Personal Property: <br /> <br />(c) Public Service Corporation: <br /> <br /> Exclusive of automobiles and trucks which shall be <br />taxed at the rate p~esc~ibed in ~3 (a) of Ordinance No. <br />1985-39, as amended and revised, the tangible personal <br />property of public service corporations shall be taxed at <br />rate of one dollar and twenty-two cents (Sl.22) fo~ every <br />one hundred dollars ($100) of the assessed value thereof. <br /> <br /> 4.
