AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 40-291 (b) OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, PERTAINING TO STREETS <br />HAVING SPECIAL SIGN RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouthr <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 40-291 (b) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 40-291. Streets having special sign restrictions. <br /> <br /> (b) The following streets are hereby designated as <br />streets having special sign restrictions: <br /> <br /> (1) London Boulevard between its intersection with <br />Effingham Street and its intersection with High Street. <br /> <br />(2) West Norfolk Road. <br /> <br />(3) Western Freeway. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held May 12, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
