AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 40-121 (a) (v), <br />PERTAINING TO THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT RESIDENTIAL SUBAREA. <br /> <br /> BE <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That ~40-121 (a) (v) be amended <br />therein the following described use: <br /> <br /> Dwellings, multi-family attached row <br />common interior halls or entrances upon the granting of a <br />use permit as provided in this chapter. <br /> <br /> 2.
