Section 11-129. Exemptions from required use of sealed <br /> bidding or competitive negotiation. <br /> <br /> (4) Sealed bids or competitive negotiation need not be <br />used for purchases procured under the supervision of the <br />Virginia Department for the Visually Handicapped or from <br />nonprofit sheltered workshops or other nonprofit <br />organizations which offer transitional or supported <br />employmen5 services serving the handicapped. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held June 9, 1987. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
