10 - <br /> <br /> This Bond shall not be valid or obligatory unless <br />the certificate of authentication hereon shall have been <br />manually signed by an authorized signator of the Registrar. <br /> <br /> The full faith and credit of the City are hereby <br />irrevocably pledged to the pa~nent of the principal of and <br />interest on this Bond as the same become due.
