AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $16,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR AN OPTION TO PURCHASE FROM THE PORTSMOUTH <br />INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION, INC. A SITE FOR THE NEW CHURCHLAND HIGH <br />SCHOOL. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixteen Thousand and 00/100 <br />($16,000.)
