purpose of a Preapplication study ie to inform the Plannin~ <br />Director oS the general plans and ideaa of the eubdivider in <br />order that probl~ms or other ooncerna and iseues which may <br />ari~ can be £dentified prior to the Sormal submittal oS a <br />preliminary plat. <br /> <br />33-73 PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> <br />The subdivider/developer shall present to the planning <br />commission six (6) copies of a preliminary plat at a scale of <br />one hundred [100) feet to the inch which shall show thereon: <br /> <br />(a) Proposed subdiviei6n or development name or <br /> identifying title and a description of its location; <br /> <br />Name and address of record owners, subdivider, <br />~~ and designer of preliminary layout;. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Map of survey of the ~raot ~oundary certified by m <br />licensed land surveyor, or a certified metes and <br />bounds description of the proposed development; <br /> <br />The names of all subdivisions imme~iatet~ adjacent <br />thereto~ and the names of the owners of record of <br />adjacent unsubdivided proper~y~ <br /> <br />Date of drawing, true north point, scale, legend for <br />all symbols used, and name of person preparing the <br />drawing.
