GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />33--1 SNORT TITLE <br /> <br />This Chapter of the Portsmouth City Code may also <br />"The City of Por~mouth Subdivision Ordinance" <br />Subdivision Ordinance" or "the Subdivision Code." <br /> <br />33-2 DEFINITIONS <br /> <br />De called <br /> or "the <br /> <br />ALLEY.
