AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $80,000. FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ROOFS FOR THE <br />MAIN LIBRARY ON COURT STREET, THE COMMUNITY ARTS CENTER, AND A <br />PORTION OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS ON EFFINGHAM <br />STREET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Eighty Thousand and 00/100 <br />($80,000.) Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated <br />from the Capital Improvement Fund for repair and replacement <br />of roofs fo~ the Main Library on Court Street, The Community <br />Arts Center, and a portion of the Fire Department Headquarters <br />on Effingham Street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held ~July 12, 1988. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
