AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR RENTAL OF RECREATIONAL CENTERS AND <br />SPECIAL ACTIVITY FEES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the~ City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the fees for rental of recreational centers shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Rental of Centers: <br /> <br />Gym <br />Social Hall <br />Meeting Hall <br /> <br /> Proposed <br />$ 35.00/per hour <br /> 20.00/per hour <br /> 10.00/per hour <br /> <br /> 2.
