AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS NECESSARY FOR OPERATION OF THE
<br />CITY GOVERNMENT FOR AND DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1,
<br />1989 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1990.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That the amounts hereinafter stated be, and the
<br />same hereby are, appropriated from the funds indicated and for
<br />the purposes specified in order to operate the City government
<br />for and during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1989, and
<br />ending June 30, 1990.
