RIGHT OF INDIVIDU~?,~ PROTECTED. <br /> <br /> 13.01 Discriminatory Practices Prohibited. Grantee <br />shall no= deny service, deny access, or otherwise <br />discriminate against Subscribers or general citizens on the <br />basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex or <br />age. Grantee shall comply at all times with all other <br />applicable federal, state and city laws, and all executive <br />and administrative orders relating to nondiscrimination. <br /> <br /> 13.02 Subscriber Privacy. Grantee will comply with <br />the provisions of 47 U.S.C. Section 551, as may from time <br />to time be hereafter amended. <br /> <br />SECTION 14. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. <br /> 14.01 Franchise Renewal. <br /> <br /> A. Any renewal of this Franchise shall be done in <br />accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws <br />and regulations. <br /> <br />B. In the absence of any applicable law, Grantee <br />shall be entitled to renewal of this Franchise as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
